I’m the creator of Master My SelfCare Academy, an immersive 1-year online intensive that helps women prioritize their self-care & adapt healthy habits for happy bodies (and extend their quality of life!)

I’m a CPT & Nutritionist with a unique perspective because I previously got rid of 40 lbs for good, learned how to manage my anxiety and depression, improved my relationship with food and now can effortlessly cook delicious healthy meals for my family.

I am committed to being the best version of myself because being an empath, helping people is woven in the thread and fabric of who I am.
